CJ-MAK Transportation is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provider.  We serve Wayne, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga, Onandaga and Yates county.

We are a Medicaid approved provider, providing quality Ambulatory, and wheelchair van services.  We provide professional door to door transportation to the elderly and disabled. 

We also provide Private Pay Transports, For those without Medicaid or other insurance coverage.

We assist clients from the time of pick-up to the time of drop-off to make sure they arrive safely and in plenty of time.

To maintain efficient office control and management a network of cell phones, land lines and a broad band internet connection are being used.
